Policies:
Information that is on this website does not represent a contract with the Patient. Policies are stated on the Forms that can be printed off and filled out before, or at the initial session. These forms provide a written and signed understanding of both the financial responsibilites, and the clinical rights of the patient. My Rates:
- $95 per 50 minute session (this is the most common session length and the sessions are usually weekly)
- $55 per 20-30 minute session
- $140 per 75-90 minute session
- Frequent (over 2 times a week) phone consults between sessions will be billed at the 20-30 minute session rate
- Missed sessions or late cancellations are billed at $50 and need to be paid at or before the next scheduled session.
- Letters for legal or clinical purposes are billed at the session rate that approximates my time in drafting them, but will not exceed my one hour rate of $95.
- I offer low pay and negotiable fee slots for those that cannot afford the full rate please feel free to contact me with your needs and questions about this.
- Insurance is not a guaranty of full fee payment, but efforts will be made to clearly state the patient's responsibilities (copays, deductibles, and insurance adjustment amounts) in conjunction with what the insurance will pay.
Insurance
Insurance pays fees at varying amounts based on the extent and nature of your coverage limitations. If you have insurance I can take your information and call to see the amount and nature of your coverage. I am an in network provider with Triwest.Insurance typically does not cover marital or family relationship counseling, but this should not be assumed as some policies are now adding this in. Give me a call and we can assess what insurance covers.
